AETuning was unofficially established the summer of 2009. A formal website, marketing, and entity were designated January of 2010. We started out as just one guy looking to help out some fellow racers with services and repairs. A tight friend, who has some engineering experience, blessed himself with a welder and some other fabrication equipment. This is really when AET got it's spark to open up to a larger basis. We started fabricating any and all parts for our own racecars, then took on some friends' jobs and now offer the services to you. Recently we added a third crew member who is an Autocross and Time Attack Guru with the knowledge of a side of racing we were somewhat unfamiliar with, making us a very well-rounded establishment.
Our goal, since we have started, is to satisfy you, the customer, with the parts and services you need to obtain your goals. We want to help you not only vehicle wise, but hopefully to educate you about the goals you are wanting to obtain. We offer services and repairs along with many custom made products and fabrication. We wish to assist you in what ever it is you need to get that racecar moving! We look at situations from your shoes. We know what criteria you have for a successful transaction. Shipping:
For tracking numbers, please email awelling@aetuning.net with your name, shipping address and a brief description of goods ordered.
Standard Shipping Rates:
Flat rate of $10.00 per order.
Extra charges may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or countries outside the USA. We will contact you via your supplied email or phone number if extra shipping charges will apply.
Returns & Cancellations:
No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds after 15 days are for store credit only. When ordering, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.
Claims:
Shortages, errors or price adjustments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Warranty:
Merchandise is warrantied only by the original manufacturer. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation! Labor is non-refundable and claims thereof will not be allowed. Any custom items made and/or fabricated by AETuning, LLP. are subject to the 90-Day Limited Warranty*.
Shipping Errors:
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving we will re-ship the correct item back to you at our expense.
Disclaimer:
Please note that not all items may be in stock at the time of purchase and may take extra time for shipping. If an item states it is "Out Of Stock", it is not unavailable for purchase but will have an extended time to receive the product as it will need to the ordered to refill stock. "In Stock" items will ship within 48 hours of order placement. Items that say neither are either "Custom Made" products or "Special Order Parts" which may take 5-10 business days to obtain and ship.
* AETuning, LLP. 90-Day Limited Warranty: Any and all items made, assembled, or fabricated by the business are subject to a no charge repair or replacement to the customer after our inspection finds the flaw to be from poor workmanship or material complications. Any signs of product misuse or incorrect installation will void any and all warranty on the product.
